Terms & Conditions – bdtk99 Platform Rules and User Agreement

bdtk99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") operates as an offshore online gaming and sports betting service accessible to players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdtk99. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Platform.

bdtk99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on bdtk99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are registering as an individual in your own name and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with bdtk99 or any affiliated platform.
• All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, and contact details — is accurate and complete.
• You have not previously had an account closed by bdtk99 for any breach of these Terms.

bdtk99 reserves the right to require identity verification ("KYC") documents at any time, including a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification.

All financial transactions on bdtk99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• bdtk99 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdtk99 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your bdtk99 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). In cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the same payment method used for the original deposit. bdtk99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, third-party wallets, or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
• bdtk99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, the account is newly registered, or unusual activity has been detected.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

bdtk99 does not accept cash deposits or postal orders. Any attempt to deposit funds originating from illegal or fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.

From time to time, bdtk99 offers bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback rewards, and tournament prizes to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only unless stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdtk99 cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases where an obvious system error has occurred.
• In the event of a system error, a technical failure, or an obviously incorrect price or odd being published, bdtk99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). bdtk99's settlement of markets is based on these official results and is final.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed without notice during the course of a match. Any bet accepted before market suspension stands; bets placed after suspension are void.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• bdtk99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any individual player, market, or event at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.
• All casino game outcomes, including slots, live dealer games, and crash titles, are determined by certified random number generators or by physical outcomes in live dealer environments. Results are final and not subject to appeal.

bdtk99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour among all its players. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure in-session time alerts that notify them when a specified duration of continuous play has been reached.
• Cool-off periods: Players may place a 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day temporary break on their account during which no betting or gaming activity is possible.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of bdtk99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk99, its directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, even if bdtk99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned, including outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from a security breach of your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any financial loss arising from your own decisions to place bets or wagers on the Platform.

bdtk99's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, regardless of the form of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The player is found to have provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during subsequent verification.
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The player is found to have breached any clause of these Terms.
• bdtk99 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other conduct harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
• The player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdtk99 is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that offshore jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country of residence.
